| Will a cancellation charge be levied upon cancellation of order? | There will be no cancellation charges or processing fees for the customer upon order cancellation. |
| When do you get a refund for the cancelled order? |
Except for Pay On Delivery transaction, Payments made by all major payment modes including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, UPI, EMI, QR, and reward points, we will refund the money in your respective payment method. Typically refunds are processed in between 7 - 10 working days after order is marked as cancelled. Tokens/E-voucher once redeemed by the Member would not be credited back on cancellation or return of product by member. For initiating any refund process, if any, against Pay On Delivery transactions, customer care team of sparknerappliances will collect account details of the customer over recorded call. The said account details will also have to be sent by customer on email ID customercare@sparknerappliances.com . sparknerappliances reserves the right to determine the refund method for each transaction and customer will be responsible for sharing the accurate financial and personal details as may be required by us to complete this transaction. conditions {subject to post validation of technical/service report and
after necessary approvals}: 1) Damaged Product Received. 2) Incorrect/ Wrong product delivered- Product delivered not as per order or described on sparknerappliances.com website 3) Incase of technical defect in the product, our representative will visit for verification and accordingly prepare a service report. 4) Incase of Missing Item/Accessories- Post investigation which may take 7 - 10 working days customer care team will contact you for best resolution and will update you on Return/Refund. |
