Shipping Policy

Once your product is dispatched, you will receive a notification via email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.

You can also track your order by:

• Logging into your account
• Clicking on “My Orders”
• Selecting the relevant order to view tracking details

Order tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

Sparkner Appliances offers free delivery on most products.

However, if the cart value is below ₹750, a nominal shipping charge of ₹49 may be applicable. Delivery charges (if any) are displayed at checkout before payment.

Orders are delivered through trusted third-party courier and logistics partners or India Post.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery:

• The courier partner will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
• They may contact you via phone call or SMS.
• If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to the origin.

If the order is returned due to non-delivery, you will be eligible for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

• A Goods Receipt must be signed upon delivery.
• Sparkner Appliances is not responsible for goods signed by someone other than the person who placed the order at the delivery address.
• We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered during checkout.
• Sparkner Appliances is not responsible for damage after delivery.

• Any claim for damage or shortage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Please contact customer support with:
  • Clear images
  • Invoice copy
  • Signed goods receipt (if applicable)
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received it, please report it within 24 hours, otherwise the request may not be processed.

For orders containing multiple products, delivery may be made in separate shipments.

Estimated delivery time: 5-8 business days from order placement.

Delivery timelines are indicative and may be affected by unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

In case of delay, you will be notified via email. You may choose to:

• Wait for delivery, or
• Cancel the order (if eligible)

Sparkner Appliances shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss caused due to delivery delays or cancellations.

Large or bulky items are delivered to your doorstep under the following conditions:

• Delivery to 1st floor and above is possible if a lift is available and the product fits inside.
• Delivery up to 2nd floor via stairs is possible if:
  • Lift is unavailable, and
  • Staircase width = Product width + minimum 35 cm clearance on both sides.

If lift is unavailable and staircase conditions are not suitable, delivery will be made at the ground floor of the shipping address.

If you notice visible damage to the parcel at the time of delivery:

• Please refuse to accept the shipment.
• Immediately contact our Customer Care team.
• Share photos and order details for quick assistance.

• Prices and product availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST.
• Delivery charges (if applicable) are not included in product price.
• Prices may differ from offline stores or third-party e-commerce platforms.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for select locations and products. Availability will be shown during checkout based on your PIN code.
